Multi-device
Access files on-the-go from a smartphone or tablet. While Cocoon’s encryption and access controls are still in place, you can send, receive, and edit files from any digital device. Any changes you or your collaborators make will be saved and reflected on the platform.
Geofencing
Cocoon makes it simple to share files securely with the right people. Control when and where your documents are accessed with Cocoon’s geofencing feature that allows you to set location restrictions on a map. If a recipient is outside of that location, they cannot access the files you shared. Senders can also control user permissions based on time, authorized IP ranges, and granular settings such as “View Only.” Our user permissions take the worries out of secure document collaboration with those inside and outside of your company.
