How to use the basic access controls of SafeShare:
With SafeShare you can Control who and how someone can access the data you’re sharing.
Simply select the “Share” icon or right click on the file or folder you want to share.
Here – we’ll Insert the contact that we want to have access to this document.
We’ll then select which access permission we want them to have. With each one you select you’ll be able to read what the access controls permit them to do here.
We then click Add to save that collaborator and their access permission.
You can either continue to add other users or you can click ‘share’ and whoever you have listed will receive an email notification and instructions on how to access the file.
These access controls here are a little more advanced and will be covered off in another tutorial.
